Hi!  My name is Steve Gale.  I am a husband, a father of three wonderful children, a father-in-law to a loving daughter-in-law and an incredible son-in-law, and a grandfather of seven very adorable grandchildren.  My life is certainly one that has been abundantly blessed by God.

I was born and raised in the Catholic Church, so you could say I’ve been in church all my life.  But by the time I was 32, God led me in a different direction.  From that time until now, I’ve been a member of the Christian church.  It was the church my wife and I raised our children in, one in which I served as a leader and teacher in multiple capacities, and one that I long thought would be our church for life.

But now it seems that God is leading Jenni and me in a different direction again.  He is revealing His love and grace to us in new ways, or at least ways that we had not previously recognized.  This blog will serve as a record of our new journey, a journey in which we will live this Christian life by following Him, being immersed in His love, and being inspired by His essential grace.
